The Pasco Sheriff’s Office (PSO) reported that a man was shot around 1:50 p.m. in Wilton Way area of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, on May 5. The suspect left the area on foot after the shooting. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized. PSO through the Angeline Academy of Innovation, located approximately two miles from the incident location, was subsequently placed under controlled campus custody during official investigations. The PSO stated that the prosecution was limited to suspects who had probable cause and would continue the search for the unknown individual. Authorities have emphasized that the incident was isolated, and had knowledge of each other prior to the event.
