A 29-year-old woman from New Port Richey died after losing control of her motorcycle on Sequoia Drive north of Cherrytree Lane. The bike left the roadway, entered a private driveway, and struck a parked Ford F150. The impact pushed the truck into a New Port Richey Police Ford Explorer that was also stationary. Emergency responders transported the victim to a local hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. The Florida Highway Patrol investigated the crash and confirmed no other parties were injured.
