Tragic Plane Crash in Wesley Chapel Leaves Dead Pilot and Damages Nearby Home

Pasco County officials report that a twin‑engine Cessna crashed in the 25,000 block of Aldus Drive in Wesley Chapel, Florida, approximately at 8:35 a.m. The pilot, Michael Bailey, was killed when the aircraft crashed, and a fire resulting from the impact was extinguished afterward. The crash damaged at least one residence in the subdivision, although no other injuries have been reported.
