The rider, identified as Dalton Hubbert, was observed driving recklessly with a flipped license plate and fleeing a traffic stop. The pursuit reached speeds of 120 mph, with the rider running red lights and weaving through traffic. Hubbert surrendered in Spring Hill and was booked on multiple charges, including fleeing law enforcement and reckless driving. No injuries were reported during the incident.
