Pasco County deputies fatally shot a man during a domestic disturbance call in Land O Lakes on Thursday night. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. inside a home on Causeway Boulevard, according to Sheriff Chris Nocco. Deputies found an injured woman outside a trailer and attempted to speak with the suspect, Enoch Keenan Harville, who was 61 years old. In a close-quarters situation inside the tight space of the trailer, Harville pointed a shotgun at the deputies after initially lowering it. The deputies fired their weapons, killing Harville immediately. Sheriff Nocco stated that body camera footage from inside the private residence will not be released due to Florida’s public records law exemptions for such videos. The names of the involved deputies will be released on Monday following a 72-hour delay mandated by Marsy’s Law while an investigation proceeds.
