William “Scott” Baggett, 71, is battling post-polio syndrome, which has progressively weakened his muscles and mobility. Despite his condition, he remains committed to giving back by volunteering with therapy dogs to support children in hospitals. A nonprofit is now raising funds to help him purchase a custom mobility van so he can resume his volunteer work.
