A Port Richey councilwoman, Lisa Burke, was arrested and charged with DUI after a car crash months ago. The police report suggests impairment indicators, and blood samples taken the next day showed Burke was over the legal limit. Burke won the majority vote during the November election and was sworn in on December 10.
