The Pasco Retired K-9 Foundation, established by Marine veteran Thomas DeLuca in 2018, provides comprehensive medical coverage for fourteen retired law enforcement dogs across multiple agencies in the region. This nonprofit organization partners with Cryo-Eeze to offer holistic therapies including red-light therapy and electromagnetic field treatments typically reserved for human patients. The treatments have shown remarkable results, allowing Jagger to return to an active lifestyle without needing hip surgery despite his age and service history.
