Saddlebrook Resort Unveils New GOAT Kitchen & Bar Dining Experience

Saddlebrook Resort has completed a $92 million renovation that transformed its dining scene with the opening of GOAT Kitchen & Bar, a modern sports-centric restaurant. Led by Chef Mark Davis, the bistro offers elevated bar fare featuring sous vide wings marinated with roasted garlic, a Wagyu smashburger with aged cheddar and black garlic aioli, and signature dishes like short rib nachos and fish and chips. The venue integrates sports viewing with themed cocktails tied to major events like the Masters, offering Pimm’s Cups for Wimbledon or local craft beer for the Super Bowl. While open to the public, visitors face a $12 parking fee, which may deter non-resort guests. Despite this, the restaurant’s upscale upgrades and mellow ambiance aim to broaden Saddlebrook’s appeal beyond its traditional exclusive image.
