The crash happened on May 28 at approximately 8:15 p.m. in the 17800 block of Cloudless Bliss Drive. A Tesla Model 3 driven by a forty-five-year-old man struck the boy who was operating a seated scooter. Investigators confirmed that the driver was not using autopilot and failed to observe the child in the roadway.
