Adam Shoemaker and Brenda Glass were recently crowned King Pithla and Queen Chasco at the 2026 Chasco Coronation Ball. This annual event honors outstanding community contributions while serving as a major fundraiser for local organizations. Proceeds primarily benefit the Lighthouse for the Visually Impaired and Blind which supports people professionally at every stage of life. Chair Jamie Mick stated the funding impact was larger than any year in the previous 15 he could recall personally. Both have dedicated years to serving the community and various charitable organizations to make a positive difference locally.
