October is Disability Employment Awareness Month, and Jeremy Ross, a prep cook at Bubba’s 33 in Wesley Chapel, is showcased for his work in the culinary industry despite having ADHD and an intellectual impairment. Ross found his passion for cooking in a high school program and now thrives in his job, supported by ’employU’, a non-profit service that helps individuals with disabilities secure employment.
