Richard Wohl, the band director at John Long Middle School, is one of three finalists for Pasco County’s Teacher of the Year. Known for encouraging students, he has significantly grown the school’s band program, with 250 students and 15 earning all-county honors. Wohl’s dedication and talent have earned him recognition from students and colleagues alike.
