A 24-year-old man was arrested in Pasco County, Fla., after fleeing a crash that killed a 52-year-old Tampa bicyclist. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the Tesla Y Model struck a cyclist on Parkwood Street on Feb. 19, prompting the driver to flee the scene. The bicyclist was hospitalized and later died from injuries. The suspect, Logan Richard Pineda, surrendered to authorities later the same evening and faces charges related to leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
