A 29-year-old woman from New Port Richey, Florida, died after losing control of her motorcycle on Sequoia Drive. The incident occurred around 8:13 p.m. on April 18 when the woman was riding a Honda north on Sequoia Drive north of Cherrytree Lane. She veered off the road and struck a Ford F-150 parked in a private driveway, which was then pushed into an unoccupied New Port Richey police Ford Explorer. The woman was transported to a hospital where she later died. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the accident, and the victim’s name has not been released.
