Pasco Man Arrested After High-Speed Pursuit Ends With Trooper Impact

Marcus Jerome Dudley, a 27-year-old rapper known as OTM Rugger, was arrested in Pasco County after leading Florida Highway Patrol troopers on a dangerous pursuit. The incident began when troopers located his silver Nissan Altima on State Road 54 near Seven Springs Boulevard, matching the description of a vehicle that had fled a traffic stop in Largo the previous day. After initially turning into a parking lot, Dudley allegedly made evasive maneuvers and continued fleeing westbound. The chase escalated onto Perrine Ranch Road where Dudley lost control of his vehicle while attempting to turn around. Due to the disregard for public safety during the pursuit, a trooper intentionally struck the side of Dudley’s car with a patrol vehicle to end the chase. When Dudley exited his vehicle, officers discovered his right shoe was still under the accelerator pedal at the time of arrest. He faces felony charges for fleeing and eluding law enforcement with disregard for public safety and is currently held without bond in Pasco County Jail.
