A female driver left the scene of a crash on U.S. 19 and New York Avenue, where two teens on a motorcycle were seriously injured. The driver, identified as 25-year-old Kelsie Renea Moorman, fled to Tennessee and has an active arrest warrant. The teens remain hospitalized, and one is believed to have a severe brain injury.
