A 64-year-old man from Port Richey was arrested by Pasco County Sheriff’s Office detectives after he allegedly solicited nude photographs from a 14-year-old girl over several months. Emanuel De Viveiros Di Vieira was charged with using a computer service to seduce or solicit a child and unlawful use of a two-way communication device, both third-degree felonies. Investigators say the online conversations began in October 2025 and continued through December, with the victim informing him she was 14 early in their exchanges. On December 12, Di Vieira asked the girl to send him a picture after she mentioned taking a shower. He admitted to requesting nude photos when detectives visited his home on Hickman Lane in Port Richey on June 25.
